Overview
Captyn profiles are full of helpful data to show you just where your organization stands along with your participants and their activities. This article covers the viewing of Activity and how to drill down to more data.
Viewing Accounts and Profiles
This is done directly from your People page. You will see Profiles shown by default. Clicking to the Accounts will show you some high level overview. Notice the blocks along the top. These are dynamic, meaning if you filter for particular Programs, Tags, or Statuses, more or less blocks will appear as they apply to the resulting profiles shown. You can click on any of the blocks shown here to see just who is making up each filter.

Using a smaller screen like a mobile device will simply force the blocks to tap.
Select one of them to display the corresponding contacts.
Notice how on the sidebar you also have interactive filters that can be used to view people by their Status (shown here).
There are now also enhanced filters that show on the right hand side within the filter icon. Things like Dates with registration status of Enrolled, which is helpful to get accurate counts of enrollments.
Viewing Participant Activity
Participant activity shows lots of data. You can track things like Check-ins, Attendance, and Evaluations.
When you view a participant's activity, you will see all types listed (based on the filter selected - All is defaulted).
Even check the box in the top right corner of the list of Activity to show absences (no check-ins).
Viewing Registrations
When you are looking at a participant profile and choose their list of Registrations, you will now see all types of registrations included, including standard group programming, custom private lessons, as well as memberships.
You can click the X in the top right hand corner of each box to remove this type (e.g. Memberships) from this view.
You can also click on the cog wheel found within the block to view the Registration Details.
Viewing Message Activity
You can easily view message activity from the Communications page in Captyn and get a top-level view of your messages. But you can also view these down to the specific Accounts on an Account Profile. To view, head to a profile, and click on the Sent Messages tab along the top.
Here, you will see a filtered list of messages sent to just this account, with the same controls you are used to from the Communication page.
