Overview
Use the Bulk Enrollment Summary tool on the People page to send summaries to all registered participants in any of your Programs. This is an excellent way to get the word out before a season begins, or to send reminders as the sessions have started in just a few clicks.
Sending the Summaries
To send a Summary, head to the People page, and navigate to the Accounts tab. Click on the Actions button, and choose Send Enrollment Summary. You can choose to select certain individuals, or you can send it to all Accounts.
It is sent as an email to the Account holder and gives a breakdown of all upcoming Active, Pending, and Waitlisted registrations. If there are Accounts with no active registrations on their account, they will not receive any communication.
The Summaries that are sent are preset templates.
This message cannot be customized, and you cannot add any attachments to it. If you need to send a message with attachments, we recommend heading to a particular Program's page, and sending a Message to those enrolled Accounts via the same Actions button. This will allow you to compose an email to your customers. See the link at the bottom of this article for steps on how to do that.
