Overview
You may find yourself wanting to stop charging for a class while maintaining an end date as well as enrollments. The use case would be a class that runs through the 10th of a month, bills monthly on the 1st, and you don’t want to collect another charge on the 1st of the final month.
You can absolutely set this so it doesn't charge on July 1, without impacting the end date or registrations. To do so, go to the offering and head to the Registration Billing tab.
There, scroll and find the Automatically adjust base price on select dates tab below the price entry field, and enable it.
Choose + Add price adjustment which will open up a window to make this change.
Set the date a couple of days prior to the next bill run (the 1st) and set the price to be $0.00. This will change the price of the class to be $0 on that date, so when the next bill run takes place on the 1st, it will run for $0.
Click Save and you're all set!
