Overview
Use the Activity on a particular Class Offering to view and track the attendance of your participants.
Tracking Attendance on an Offering
Each offering has an Activity tab when you click into it from the Programming screen.
When you click on this, you will first see some stats on the class as it pertains to participation. This gives you a quick glance view of how well your participation looks for this class.
Use the Activity Type filter to see the breakdown of Check Ins (if enabled) as well as Attendance. You can even use the Participant filter to filter by particular participant within this class.
Sorting and Exporting
You can easily sort your Activity data by clicking on the Activity phrase along the header bar. This will let you sort by Activity Type if not using the filters.
Exporting the Data
If you find the need to put this data into a CSV, you can easily export what you see on this screen. Look in the top right corner of the page and click on Actions and choose Export Activity. This will give you a CSV download of the data.
